The role is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing SAP EWM solutions, optimizing existing processes and configurations, and supporting the resolution of complex incidents, service requests, and system-related issues. The position works closely with global business stakeholders, internal service teams, and external partners to deliver sustainable solutions, improve service quality, and continuously enhance the performance and usability of the SAP EWM landscape.
- Operational SAP EWM support and incident resolution: 35%
- Business requirement analysis and solution design: 20%
- SAP EWM customizing and process optimization: 15%
- Testing and implementation of system updates and changes: 15%
- Stakeholder coordination, documentation, and continuous improvement: 15%
- Act as a second-level contact for the global business regarding SAP EWM-related questions and issues. (20%)
- Independently analyze and resolve warehouse-related incidents and service requests within the warehouse application landscape. (25%)
- Ensure high service quality and operational stability in line with defined internal KPIs and service standards. (15%)
- Analyze business requirements and design appropriate SAP EWM solutions. (10%)
- Perform SAP EWM customizing activities within the KION EWM template to support operational requirements and continuous improvements. (10%)
- Support testing activities, including test preparation, execution, defect analysis, and documentation. (10%)
- Support the smooth implementation of system updates, changes, and enhancements. (5%)
Contribute to the ongoing optimization, reliability, and usability of warehouse management processes. (5%)
Skills Required
