SAP EHS Support Specialist

We are looking for a talented SAP EHS Support Specialist

based in Manesar, Gurgaon who together with the Atotech Business Teams acting in the area of Developments will prepare and execute IT projects/change management with focus on ABAP/Fiori technical aspects. Moreover:

• Provide first-level and second-level support for SAP EHS-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems within the SAP EHS module, including Incident Management, Risk Assessment, and Compliance Management.
• Handle support calls and tickets, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of user issues.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring EHS-related problems and implement preventive measures.
• Assist in maintaining and optimizing SAP EHS configurations and customizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex issues and implement solutions.
• Document support processes, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
• Monitor EHS system performance and suggest improvements.
• Participate in EHS system upgrades, patches, and new implementations as needed.
• Provide user training and guidance on SAP EHS functionality and best practices.
• Stay updated on EHS regulations and ensure the system complies with current standards.

What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:

• University degree in computer sciences, economics/finance/management or related area
• 1-3 years of experience in SAP support, with a focus on the EHS module.
• Strong knowledge of SAP EHS processes, including Incident Management, Risk Assessment, and Compliance Management.
• Understanding of environmental, health, and safety regulations and best practices.
• Experience in handling support tickets and resolving EHS-related issues.
• Familiarity with SAP EHS reporting and analytics tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
