Job Description:
The role of the Development Senior Architect will focus on designing and overseeing the architecture of software applications and systems around multiple transformation programs including the Digital Core focused on SAP solutions, defining standards and implementing controls for the code quality, providing solutions to our business ensuring the reliability, scalability and security.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science - or equivalent in experience.
- Proven expertise in Agile delivery methodology
- Experience with development technologies for ABAP platform and SAP Business Technology Platform
- Experience with user experience and front-end development: SAPUI5 and Fiori.
- 2-3+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions in a global organization.
- Experience with integration technologies: SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite Platform, OData, REST, SOAP and IDOCs.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Create and enhance Mars development standards, best practices and guidelines for SAP area covering both SAP S/4 and SAP BTP platforms
- Stablish and enforce code quality standards by implementing automated rules to validate the code developed by multiple project teams, is in accordance with the Mars development and security standards
- Assess new solutions and components coming from project teams, to validate their adherence to business needs ensuring long-term supportability for those solutions
- Contribute on the implementations and evolution of the DevSecOps strategy for transformation programs
- Evaluate new software development needs including capabilities and components, ensuring adherence to our Mars application and security policies and standards
