Job Description:
The role of the Data Platform Senior Architect will focus on designing and implementing a robust data architecture platform that enables organizations to leverage their data for insights and decision-making, ensuring it is secure, efficient, and aligned with business goals.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science - or equivalent in experience.
- Proven expertise in SAP data management, data analytics architecture, S/4 HANA, SAP ILM, SAP Data Archiving, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Datasphere and SAP Data Services
- 2-3+ years of experience designing and implementing SAP S/4 data solutions in a global organization.
- Hands-on experience with a variety of data technologies and platforms such as SAP HANA, SQL databases, NoSQL databases, data lakes, data warehouses
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Lead the design and architecture of modern data platforms that cater to the diverse needs of the transformation projects, ensuring data consistency and quality across all transformation projects
- Define and implement efficient data models that support both transactional and analytical workloads, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and usability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and drive alignment on data platform initiatives.
- Establish data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements, including the definition of data retention and archiving policies, and implementation of required technology stack
- Define strategy and implement solutions for data quality and provisioning for testing
