- Gather information on existing processes
- Provide the central SAP development & testing team with clearly defined & prioritized business requirements.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience and knowledge of the following as a consultant and user:
- Knowledge of application development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills, establishing root cause and underlying patterns
- Ability to initiate and maintain influential relationships with internal customers, central development testing team, and delivery partners
- Working knowledge of data cleansing techniques and understanding of SAP master data
- Experience working with SAP S4Hana finance platform and specifically P2P
- Requirement gathering techniques and capture methodology, including user story and acceptance criteria creation
- Ability to capture current ways of working and documenting processes including gap analyses between local requirements and global templated solution
- Able to prioritize requirements
- Polish & English language (written and verbal)
