Job Description – Concur Product Support Specialist
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Concur Product Support Specialist to provide functional and technical support for SAP Concur solutions. The role involves resolving user issues, managing configurations, assisting with system enhancements, and ensuring smooth end-to-end operation of expense management, travel booking, and invoice processing modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Concur-related incidents, service requests, and inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules.
- Support users with expense report creation, approval workflows, travel booking, and reimbursement processing.
- Perform user account setup, role assignments, and configuration updates in Concur.
- Monitor integrations between Concur and ERP/HR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) to ensure data accuracy and timely synchronization.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT teams to address policy compliance, system enhancements, and automation opportunities.
- Maintain documentation for processes, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with SAP Concur support (vendor) for escalations and advanced troubleshooting.
- Conduct user training, onboarding, and refresher sessions to drive adoption and compliance.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features.
- Track KPIs and prepare regular reports on system usage, error trends, and resolution times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience supporting SAP Concur solutions (Expense/Travel/Invoice).
- Strong knowledge of expense policies, corporate travel management, and financial workflows.
- Familiarity with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or others).
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling end-users and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ticketing tools (ServiceNow) – desired but not mandatory
- Exposure to finance/accounting processes (AP, reimbursement cycles).
- Knowledge of reporting & analytics tools for Concur (Cognos, Intelligence Reporting).
