Job Description
The SAP Commerce Cloud Developer will design, develop, and deliver reliable, scalable platforms to build our main systems and services throughout the company. You will be the face of IT's engineering organization to the company and critical to delivering business recognized value. You will be part of Digital Engineering capability team to transform Rockwell Ecommerce strategy using SAP Commerce, Salesforce and custom applications and will lead technical development across the capability.
You will report to the Technical Leader, Commercial Operations and work remotely from Colombia.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will work with a team of engineers, technical leaders, analysts to allow new features for internal and external customers, while keeping our applications secure and stable.
- You will prototype, develop/deliver and steward platforms for a business capability
- You will perform peer-level architectural reviews
- You will interpret functional requirements into technical solutions and author technical design docs.
- You will operate in an agile capability team where quality and security are built into daily work and we make time to help others improve their environment.
- You will attack roadblocks and impediments to delivering incremental value
- You will be the go-to person for assessing system anomalies (bugs, security, performance)
- You will improve out technical debt and build feedbacks into your system.
- You will develop test strategies in collaboration with QA engineers, design automation frameworks, and write unit /functional tests to improve coverage and automation metrics.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any other related field.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- 4+ years of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) 2105+ development experience.
- 4+ years of experience with CCV2, OCC, Hybris Admin Console (HAC), DataHub, Hot Folders, Backoffice, Smart Edit, Impex, Scripting (Groovy, beanshell), Backoffice customization, Business process and headless commerce.
- SQL, Java, Spring and Hibernate skills.
- 4+ years of experience working in an API.
- 4+ years' experience in a DevSecOps environment where you build it, you support it.
