SAP Business Analyst
Job Description:
- Partners with Atlas team members to develop a partnered approach aligned with SAP best practices
- Train, support and/or mentor FCS
- Identify gaps in existing documentation
- Development of current-state process and related analyses
- Design future-state processes aligned to district/organizational policies
- Translate future-state processes into SOPs
- Ensure SOPs reflect standard SOP behavior and align with SAP configuration, Security & Segregation of Duties and Audit/Compliance
- Identify and document shadow processes outside the ERP
- Obtain feedback while protecting process integrity aligned with SAP best practices
- Ensure SOPs can be traced back to business requirements and SAP solution design, are version controlled and approved before go-live
- Support assignment of a long-term SOP owner
Skills Required
- Knowledge of SAP best practices and ability to align processes to SAP configuration
- Train, support, and mentor FCS (functional/field/control staff)
- Develop current-state process documentation and perform related analyses
- Design future-state processes aligned to district/organizational policies
- Translate future-state processes into Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure SOPs align with SAP configuration, security, segregation of duties, audit and compliance requirements
- Identify and document shadow processes outside the ERP
- Ensure SOPs are traceable to business requirements and SAP solution design and are version controlled and approved before go-live
