Horse Technologies is part of Horse Powertrain Limited, a new independent powertrain solutions company with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We design and manufacture hybrid and combustion engines, as well as world‑class transmissions, to drive the advancement of our industry, committed to achieving a sustainable energy model.
This position is employed by the Horse Technologies Division and is based in Seville, with occasional travel to other Horse Powertrain sites.

What we’re looking for
Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, action plans, and milestone tracking.
Coordinate internal and external resources involved in project delivery.
Manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Monitor budgets and control project costs.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and steering committees.
Coordinate testing, deployments, and transition to operations.
Ensure compliance with IT quality, security, and governance standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote project management best practices.
What you will do
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management or project coordination.
Experience participating in projects related to infrastructure, applications, digital transformation, or IT services.
Experience working with vendors and multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of Agile, PMP, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Skills Required
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems
- 5-10 years of experience working with SAP, including at least 3 years with SAP S/4HANA
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or SAP Functional Consultant (implementation or improvement projects preferred)
- Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, EWM, QM, PP)
- Ability to understand business processes across IS/IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, Quality, HR and Engineering
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Fluency in English
- French language skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team-management capability
