Job DescriptionAre you ready to join the forefront of technology as a SAP Business Analyst (Success Factors) in Netcompany?
Joining us as a SAP Business Analyst (Success Factors), you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled engineering team working within large-scale transformation projects/products for the growing EU Sector business units of Netcompany.
Our focus is on leveraging technology to create efficient, transparent, and citizen-centric solutions that align with our sustainability goals and contribute to a better society.
- Plan and execute Business Analysis activities, selecting appropriate approaches and elicitation methods for SAP SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements
- Analyse, model and redesign as-is/to-be business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and support process automation through executable workflows
- Lead stakeholder analysis, engagement and elicitation activities, including workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, detailed specifications, and business rules for Product Owners and delivery teams
- Lead complex BA changes across Epics and product features, coordinating BA activities and ensuring alignment with SAP SuccessFactors capabilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
- Challenge stakeholder requirements by assessing business value, costs, benefits, priorities and strategic alignment
What would make you a fit for the role:
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience; IIBA or equivalent certification is an advantage
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is essential for this role
- Experience in business process modelling (BPMN 2.0), analysis, optimization, and redesign, including process simulation and bottleneck identification
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Success Factors
- Fluency in English
- Experience in Business Architecture, capability modelling, value stream mapping, and developing business roadmaps (TOGAF and BizBOK knowledge preferred) would be an advantage
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications, including business rules, APIs, data models, and integration concepts (Drools/DMN experience valued)
- Strong background in Agile frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and leading elicitation activities across multiple stakeholder groups
- Hands-on experience with BPM and workflow platforms (Camunda, IBM BPM, Appian, or Bizagi) and business process automation
- Senior-level Business Analysis experience with the ability to lead BA teams, mentor junior BAs, and independently manage complex BA initiatives

Skills Required
