Key Responsibilities
System Administration: Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain WBSCM SAP NetWeaver ABAP/JAVA systems.
Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, execute load balancing, and optimize application server and database resources to ensure high availability.
Transport & Change Management: Manage Solution Manager ChaRM and the Transport Management System (TMS) to ensure smooth and compliant movement of changes across Dev, QA, and Production environments.
Database Management: Perform backups, restores, and ongoing database monitoring for SAP HANA and SQL Server environments, using tools such as HANA Cockpit and HANA Studio.
Technical Troubleshooting: Serve as the technical SME to resolve system errors, dumps, connectivity issues, and SAP GUI/network problems with urgency and precision.
Required Qualifications & Skills
US Citizenship is required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical Experience: 7+ years of proven experience in SAP Basis administration, including SAP HANA and SQL Server. Hands‑on experience with Solution Manager (ChaRM, system monitoring, document management).
Operating Systems: Strong working knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Windows Server environments, with familiarity in AWS.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities; comfortable performing in a high‑pressure 24/7 support environment.
Certifications:
– SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP HANA
– SAP Certified Technology Associate – System Administration
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with SAP BTP services, cloud architecture, and landscape design.
Understanding of SAP S/4HANA implementations (Cloud or On‑Premise).
Experience with DevOps principles, API management, and CI/CD‑driven SAP operations.
Background in SAP BO/BOBJ configuration and administration.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
