The primary objective of this role is to support and enhance the Banking and Treasury processes within the Sierra Space SAP S/4HANA solution. The specialist will ensure seamless integration across SAP modules and provide hands-on support for break-fixes and enhancements. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, and supporting finance workstreams (end users) through daily processing and month-end close.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience and typically seven (7) or more years of relevant technical experience
-
Extensive hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting SAP FICO and Cash Management solutions
-
Proficiency with AP Payments processing in SAP, Bank Communication Management (BCM), and Electronic Bank Statements (EBS)
-
Extensive experience with DMEE trees, EBS search strings and bank integrations
-
Experience implementing and supporting Fiori tiles; at least SAP S/4HANA 1909, but 2022 is preferred

Deep understanding of Cash Flow Analyzer and Flow types
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and train end users
-
Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements and work in a fast-paced environment

Up-to-date knowledge of S/4HANA and best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Minimum experience of three (3) implementations of SAP Cash Management and Banking functionality (specifically areas called out above)

In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA version 2020 onwards
-
Experience providing post go-live / production support and managing workload of production support tickets
-
Proficient in functional and technical integration of S/4HANA Finance (FICO) solution with other SAP modules and with external applications.

Proficiency with KPI’s for the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable workstreams.

Experience with identifying and coordinating resources to ensure the required tools, processes, and training are available/effective and programs are staffed and supported to achieve success

Proficiency with Jira, Backlog Grooming, Leading Stand-ups

Ability to motivate and work with others

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Estimated Starting Salary Range:$138,634.92 - $190,623.01
