We are seeking an experienced Application Analyst to support and enhance both Enablon (EHS, Risk & Sustainability) and Plant Data systems. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value and align with enterprise strategy. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Enablon configuration, customization, and SAP system integration, and plays a key role in translating business requirements into effective, scalable EH&S solutions while supporting ongoing operations. In addition, member should have strong experience with Plant Data systems, integrating with SAP and other platforms, such as Enablon.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
 

  • Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Enablon modules to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
  • Business Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions to optimize functionality and system interfaces for both EH&S as well as Plant Monitoring Applications supporting the plant optimization processes.
  • Integration: Collaborate with SAP teams and cross‑functional partners to ensure seamless integration and reliable data flow across the enterprise for both Enablon and Plant Data Services.
  • Operational Support Model: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Enablon modules as well as Plant Data integrations to ensure stability, reliability, and performance. Promptly resolve issues, implement enhancements, and maintain support models aligned with SLAs, service recovery expectations, and financial objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and ensure alignment between Enablon or Plant Data Services and business objectives. Foster strong working relationships to enable effective collaboration.
  • Change Management: Work closely with Change and Release Management teams to ensure coordinated project representation throughout the change and release lifecycle.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and process flows to support knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.

       MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, with 3–7 years of hands-on experience supporting and implementing Enablon modules.
  • Plant Data Services Applications : Familiar with VMS (Volume Management System), VIP (Volume Integrated Pricing) and IP.21 (AspenTech InfoPlus.21), ensuring data integration across plant and enterprise systems.
  • SaaS & Integration Experience: Experience supporting SaaS or cloud-based applications, with familiarity in APIs, system integrations, and data-driven decision making.
  • Technical Skills: Strong experience with Enablon EHS, Risk & Sustainability Management modules. Experience should also include core SAP organizational/master data such as Plants, Functional Locations, Equipment and Company and Site Structure. S/4 HANA Experience is a plus.
  • Working Knowledge of custom software development tools including full development lifecycle (C# or Java, Visual Studio, HTML, JAVASCRIPT, JQUERY, SOAP, REST API, JSON, Angular, Amazon Web Services)
  • Enterprise & Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, project management, change and release processes, as well as security and compliance standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to partner effectively with Engineering, UX, QA, Security, Operations, and third‑party vendors in a global environment. Able to translate business objectives into clear product goals and outcomes.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders through clear verbal and written communication. Able to write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Time Management & Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while working collaboratively as a team player.

Skills Required
