Responsibilities:
Lead a team of data analytics and reporting professionals, working with large datasets to create automated workflows and deliver high‑value insights.
Design, develop, and maintain complex Alteryx workflows for data preparation, blending, and analysis.
Perform deep‑dive data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Build and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards that clearly communicate data‑driven findings to stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across Alteryx workflows, implementing corrective actions when needed.
Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement through Alteryx automation and data optimization.
Qualifications:
Required:
US citizen with an active Secret clearance or an Interim Secret clearance.
Proven track record in leading strategic data management, integration, and execution for complex programs.
5+ years of data analytics experience with a strong emphasis on Alteryx, preferably in government or defense environments.
Extensive experience with ERP systems, especially within implementation and large-scale data migration efforts.
Advanced proficiency with Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server.
Strong skills in SQL, Python, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale data migration projects.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey strategies and insights to executive stakeholders.
Familiarity with DoD logistics systems.
Deep understanding of data governance principles, practices, and related tools.
Knowledge of metadata management and data cataloging solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, operations research, or a closely related field.
Desired:
Agile certification (SAFe) and experience operating in an Agile environment.
SAP expertise, especially within public sector or DoD settings.
Direct experience with commercial and Federal supply chain best practices.
