The Role

We are looking for a talented SAP ABAP/CPI Support Specialist based in Manesar, Gurgaon who together with the Atotech Business Teams acting in the area of Developments will prepare and execute IT projects/change management with focus on ABAP/Fiori technical aspects. Moreover:

  • Provide first-level and second-level support for SAP ABAP and CPI related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system problems in a timely manner
  • Handle support calls and tickets, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures
  • Assist in maintaining and optimizing SAP ABAP programs and CPI integration flows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex issues and implement solutions
  • Document support processes, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing
  • Monitor system performance and suggest improvements
  • Participate in system upgrades and patches as needed

What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in SAP support, with a focus on ABAP development and CPI34.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming and debugging techniques.
  • Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) concepts and tools.
  • Understanding of SAP modules and their integration points.
  • Experience in handling support tickets and resolving user issues
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
