What we’re looking for:
Silicon Labs is seeking a highly motivated SAP ABAP Developer to support Projects, enhancements and upgrades in SAP system. You will work in collaboration with Managed Services & Silicon Labs - SAP functional and technical team, SAP leads and other technology / integration teams, in support of end-to-end business processes. Using Advanced SAP technical and process expertise, you will provide development & support requested by Business Analyst and Functional Stake holders.
What you will do:
- Serve as a key SAP technical member you will be closely with SAP Functional Team supporting SD, Manufacturing, Finance, Controlling, Purchasing, SAP CRM Channel management, SAP BW, SAP CAM, SAP GRC, Gateway and integrations with external systems.
- Develop layouts using Smartforms, SAP Scripts & text modules. Importing ITF files to generate label scripts
- Develop, enhance & support Web Dynpro, Odata Services, Web Gui, SAP Fiori & SAP NetWeaver
- Develop and enhance user exits for all modules as per the functional request
- Develop and support SAP IDOC for integrating with external system.
- Develop and Support API call from SAP system to external system
- Support System upgrade and testing of SAP ERP, CRM & BW applications.
- Ability to debug complex issues and identify the root cause.
- Work with our Business Intelligence team to meet reporting requirements.
- Work with SAP Customer Support to resolve system issues.
- Coordinate with managed services for successful project delivery.
- Develop and Deliver SAP code changes / enhancements as per functional specification to fulfill user requirements
- Comply with written security policies, SOX procedures, and change management controls
- Collaborate with functional team member on understanding the understanding the requirement and proposing a solid solution
Skills you’ll need:
- Strong SAP Technical knowledge and hands-on experience 5+ SAP Technical development in SAP ERP, SAP CRM, SAP BW, SAP GRC, SAP GW and SAP CAM (CUA)
- Experience in ABAP Programming, User Exits, IDOC developments, Integration with other SAP systems, Web Dynpro, Odata Services, Web Gui, SAP Fiori & SAP NetWeaver.
- Experience in API call from SAP systems, Smartforms, SAP Scripts & text modules.
- Good understanding of Cross functional SAP modules and integrations within SAP
- Experience in working with Managed Services teams.
- Good debugging Skills
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in different locations.
- Self-motivated to keep knowledge and skills in line with latest product features and best practices
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative as needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with variety of software productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, etc.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience as SAP Technical Developer
- Experience in SAP implementation Technical Support
Qualifications Considered a Plus
- Experience in SAP S4 Hana
- Experience working at a semiconductor company
- SAP Certification
