We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Developer to design, develop, and implement custom applications and enhancements within our SAP environment, focusing on robust, scalable, and efficient solutions that meet specific business requirements and improve overall system functionality.
Requirements
- Develop, test, and deploy custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, forms (RICEF), function modules, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to gather, analyze, and document technical requirements.
- Translate functional specifications into detailed technical designs and ABAP code.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to optimize existing ABAP code and troubleshoot issues.
- Design and develop user-friendly interfaces using SAP Fiori/UI5 and OData services.
- Implement and maintain SAP solutions for modules like FI, MM, SD, etc.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation (design docs, test scripts).
- Stay updated on new SAP technologies, trends, and best practices (S/4HANA, HANA).
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in SAP ABAP development.
- Strong expertise in ABAP programming, including Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP).
- Proficiency with SAP development tools (SE80, Debugger, Gateway Service Builder).
- Experience with SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.).
- Knowledge of SAP technologies: SAP HANA, Fiori, UI5, NetWeaver.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred/Bonus Skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration.
- SAP Certification in ABAP or relevant modules.
- Experience with Cloud Platform (Azure).
