Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Warner Robins, GA.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assists in analyzing postproduction supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities
- Adaptable, able to work in a constant change and fast paced environment
- Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders
- General understanding of maintenance, modifications, retrofit processes and procedures.
- Processes material returned from customers
- Possess additional business and communication and looks for ways to provide continuous process improvement
- Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance
- Processes documentation associated with repair items and warranty claims
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain or materials management
- 1+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design)
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- 3+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Training in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Experience with Aircraft Modification Programs
- Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) and US Army or Marine Corps or Air Force supply, logistics data systems, maintenance data systems, US Army, Marine Corps field manuals and maintenance technical orders
- Experience with the Boeing Government On-Line Data (GOLD) computer system
- Experience with SE Support Equipment
- Experience with REDARS and/or Gold ESP

Summary pay range: $73,950.00 - $100,050.00
