What You Will Do:
- Review, analyze, and investigate sanctions-related alerts, cases, and escalations
- Conduct due diligence and research to identify potential sanctions matches, suspicious activity indicators, and compliance risks.
- Document findings clearly and accurately, ensuring case notes, decisions, and supporting evidence are complete and audit-ready.
- Apply sanctions policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements consistently to case reviews and decision-making.
- Escalate complex, high-risk, or ambiguous matters to appropriate stakeholders and provide clear recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support timely resolution of alerts and maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Contribute to process improvements, quality assurance efforts, and ongoing operational efficiency within the team.

- Experience in sanctions compliance, financial crime, AML, investigations, or a related risk/compliance field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess information, identify patterns, and make sound decisions.
