We are looking for a Human Resources Administration Manager to join our growing team in Kaunas.
Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will:
- Prepare and administer employment contracts, amendments, and terminations, ensuring compliance with the Labour Code of Lithuania and other applicable employment legislation.
- Draft, process, register, and maintain employment-related documentation, including HR orders, certificates, notifications, and other personnel records, in accordance with legal requirements.
- Administer employee requests, including various types of leave and other HR-related requests, prepare the necessary documentation, and ensure accurate processing and record-keeping.
- Prepare business trip orders and manage related documentation, including the recording and calculation of travel time.
- Manage and maintain HR information systems, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely updating of employee data.
- Cooperate with public authorities regarding the employment of foreign nationals, ensuring the proper handling of permits, notifications, and other required documentation in compliance with applicable legislation.
- Advise managers and employees on employment-related matters in accordance with the Labour Code and other relevant legal regulations.
What we expect of you:
- Previous experience in HR administration, including the preparation and administration of employment-related documentation would be highly valued.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A university degree (a degree in Labour Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field would be considered an advantage).
- Excellent Lithuanian language skills, both written and spoken.
- A good command of English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
- Experience working with, and/or knowledge of, the Rivile GAMA HR module would be considered an advantage.
- Good computer literacy skills.

Salary:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 15 Eur/h up to 17 Eur/h (~2500 Eur—2830 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
