2020 Companies has a full-time B2B Sales Specialist opportunity representing our client, Samsung Electronics America.

2020 Companies has partnered with Samsung Electronics America to hire passionate, tech-savvy Samsung enthusiasts as dedicated Sales Specialists within our Business channels.

This role will manage new Small to Medium Business (SMB) marketing leads within an assigned territory to recommend appropriate products and services that best fit their needs. The Sales Specialist will professionally handle all questions, issues, and concerns of products and services resulting in new sales.

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The SMB Specialist will be responsible for managing all incoming leads and opportunities from various sources, including MQLs (marketing qualified leads), events, emails, web form fills, and Samsung Experience Stores (SES). They will work to qualify and nurture leads from identification through close
  • Proactive campaign and outbound prospecting to identify and close new sales opportunities primary through Samsung B2B direct channels (Samsung.com/business or SES) and pass carrier/IT channel BOs to respective channel. Proactive campaigns
  • Prospecting local SMBs for new opportunities
  • Host and participate in local events
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity and progress
  • Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information
  • Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Create and maintain all leads, opportunities and customer interactions in Salesforce.com
  • Develop and manage qualified pipeline (2.5X blended) to drive a healthy portfolio and accurate forecasting.
  • Assist SMB customers in the utilization of Samsung products and services that address specific business needs and solutions
  • Drive incremental revenue through effective lead qualification and sales methodology
  • Accountable for the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual business strategy and defined weekly/monthly sales attainment
  • Train SES store reps to generate new SMB leads
  • Stay informed about Samsung portfolio of products and services

Performance Measurements:

  • Regular and prompt attendance
  • Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals
  • Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred
  • Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce preferred
  • Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to work flexible weekends including evenings
  • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
