RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enforce service level adherence, identify process improvements and lead a team to deliver through process dependency and remove people dependency.
- First point of contact for any service level escalation, P1 incidents in production
- PC Software Procurement and Receipt Support, and Registration Assistance for Purchased PC Software Assets
- Software Control Information Updates within the SLAM System and Ongoing Software Optimization
- Guidelines for Distributing PC Software Based on Criteria and Support for Reconciliation, Including Handling Urgent Requests (e.g., Data Extraction).
ADVANTAGE TO HAVE
- IT Asset Management (ITAM) experience, including Software Asset Management (SAM)
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT
- Mandatory for onsite positions to be fluent in Korean, and able to converse in English languages.
MUST HAVE
- Experience from Asset Management or Software development environment
- Experience with implementation of Agile techniques and SCRUM
GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience working with desktop, Windows and UNIX server software licensing.
- Working knowledge of ITIL v3 and ISO 19770
- Experience working with SAM tools and technology.
- Possess IAITAM Certification or ITIL V3 Foundation Certification or equivalent process implementation experience.
IMPORTANT
- Familiarity with asset management software and/or inventory tracking systems
- SAM process and tool knowledge
- Working location is Suwon Samsung Electronics (Near Mangpo Station, 수원 망포역 근처)
