About this opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our CU SEE Southern Balkans team, leading the Sales Operations for specific customers in Greece. This is a relationship-driven role where you will manage a defined portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through renewals, upsells, cross-sells and new business opportunities, ensuring exceptional client service while navigating complex compliance and risk frameworks. This role is ideal for a commercially savvy professional with a proven track record of exceeding targets, fostering senior-level relationships, and executing multi-product deals in a challenging but rewarding regional market environment.
What You Will Do
- Own and manage your portfolio of corporate/commercial clients, ensuring retention, satisfaction and service excellence.
- Develop and deliver strategic account plans aligned to client objectives and regional sales targets.
- Identify and pursue high-impact opportunities, leveraging cross-sell and upsell strategies to grow portfolio revenue.
- Act as a primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building long-term partnerships and positioning value-driven solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and concessions within authority levels, balancing profitability and risk.
- Coordinate end-to-end deal execution, collaborating closely with regional product, risk, legal and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with credit and regulatory requirements in all client interactions.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management through accurate forecasting and proactive opportunity tracking.
- Conduct regular client reviews and communicate insights, risks and opportunities to management.
- Represent the business at client meetings, industry events and internal forums to share market intelligence and strategic updates.

- Risk & Compliance Awareness - Understanding of credit, regulatory and operational risk controls.
- Market Insight - Knowledge of Greece, Cyprus and Malta business environments, with the cultural agility and language skills to operate effectively in the region.
- Resilience & Drive - Persistence over long sales cycles, ability to navigate setbacks, and determination to deliver high-value results.
- Fluency - Greek and English.
