Product & Strategy
Creating & documenting market intelligence including market, customer and competitors
Responsible for product strategy, roadmap & steering product business case
Co-leading target costing, CRP, Re-DTC
Supporting internal R&D resource and manufacturing capacity strategy
Supporting supply chain strategy
Responsible for key event management reporting
Supporting product and manufacturing localization
Business success
Building the link among cross functions & management during quotation
Follow quotation process, performing PCIS review / approval & establishing new quotation management summary
Alignment of quotation strategy with stakeholders (sales, controlling and management)
Responsible for annual OI Target and award ROS
Supporting long-term business strategic planning & market share development
Supporting annual customer commercial negotiation (CPC, APRD & etc)
