We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for acquiring new clients and driving business growth through platforms. This role executes and analyzes promotion and growth initiatives under the direction of the GTM strategy.
The ideal candidate will have strong promotional marketing communication skills, including copywriting, content packaging, and data-driven thinking, excellent project execution capability, and a passion for helping clients succeed through Edenred's platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own core business KPIs: new client onboarding, GMV growth, order volume, and client retention
- Support quarterly promotion planning and prepare sign-off materials: analyze product/category performance, recommend discount tiers and pricing scenarios, and package rationale, expected impact, and cost for manager approval and finance review
- Design automated, lifecycle/behavior-triggered communication flows (email, marketing automation tool and AI prompt) to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention for the segments.
- Operate internal CRM and platform backend to configure promotions, track execution, and pull performance data
- Monitor promotion and campaign performance post-launch against KPIs; flag deviations and propose adjustments
- Plan and execute campaign content (copywriting, materials) aligned with approved segment strategy
Qualifications
- 2+ years in growth marketing, trade/product marketing, or related fields, with experience in campaign content development and pricing/promotion data analysis
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messages across different channels and audiences
- Practical experience working with performance and pricing/margin data to identify automation opportunities and to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience with AI tools to improve marketing/ops efficiency required; familiarity with CRM or sales operations platforms (e.g. Salesforce) a plus
- Strong project execution, communication, and problem-solving skills— able to design processes and rules that scale without manual intervention;; a quick learner and good team player who can work under pressure
