Valley CDJR of Cuyahoga Falls is looking to add one or two outstanding sales professionals to our team.

We're looking for people who know how to build relationships, earn customer trust, negotiate, and close business. Automotive sales experience is strongly preferred, but successful sales professionals from other industries are encouraged to apply.

Maybe you're currently selling vehicles at another dealership but aren't getting the support, compensation, recognition, or opportunity you deserve. Maybe you're successful in another sales industry and ready for a new challenge.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven sales experience and a track record of success.

• Automotive sales experience strongly preferred; successful sales professionals from other industries welcome.

• Ability to manage the entire sales process from initial customer contact through negotiation, closing, and vehicle delivery.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiating skills.

• Comfortable working phone calls, internet leads, showroom traffic, and follow-up opportunities.

• Someone who takes ownership of their customers and their results.

• Competitive, self-motivated, professional, and driven to succeed.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
