About the Role
Salesforce.com Solution Architect is a member of the Salesforce.com Center of Excellence and responsible for designing technical solutions in given area, cooperation with business stakeholders and business analysts to translate business and functional requirements to technical design. He also works as an extension to Salesforce.com Enterprise Architect role and cooperates with Enterprise Architect on areas like prototypes, proof of concepts, low-level/code-level architecture, Salesforce.com ecosystem analysis on technical level, code-level/technical architecture best practices, coding standards and guidelines and Salesforce.com platform governance. Solution Architect is also responsible for proactively coming forth with business value solutions.

What You Will Do
- Work with business stakeholders to support Business Analyst in translating functional requirements into solution/technical design
- Design technical solution based on requirements
- Design integrations with 3rd party systems
- Prepare technical design documentation
- Support Enterprise Architect in Salesforce.com governance by preparing and enforcing coding standards and guidelines
- Monitor Salesforce.com ecosystem and propose innovative solutions
- Understand business processes and based on that proactively propose business value solutions based on Salesforce.com components
- Work with developers to achieve desired solution by providing RDB diagrams, components diagrams, data flow diagrams etc.
- Manage projects from technical perspective (cooperate with vendors tech leaders, prepare code architecture, perform code review, approve and participate in creation of technical documentation)
- Cooperate with other domains architects to achieve best enterprise level solutions
- Cooperate with Salesforce.com representatives to gather knowledge regarding new Salesforce.com products and components
- Propose proof of concepts to achieve business goals
- Drive and participate in proof of concepts prototyping
- Cooperate with Enterprise Architect on enterprise level proof of concepts, strategies and prototypes
- Take end-to-end responsibility for designed solutions
- Achieve new and maintain achieved certifications
What You Need
- At least 10 years of professional experience in IT area
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce.com technology at an enterprise level
- At least 5 years of experience of direct cooperation with stakeholders and business analysts
- Very good communication skills
- At least 3 years of experience in development team management, technical project management and solutions design
- Expert in custom Salesforce.com development and configuration
- Very good understanding or relationship data bases
- Very good understanding of integrations methodologies and patterns
- Very good knowledge of standard Service Cloud and Sales Cloud features
- Very good solution design skills including drawing tech-level diagrams and describing code architecture
What is Nice to Have
- At least 5 years of experience in Object Oriented programming languages (java, C#, C++, OO PHP)
- Masters degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering or equivalent
- Deep knowledge about Salesforce.com governor limits and transaction lifecycle
- Expert in Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC, SQL/SOSL, XML, json, SOAP, REST, Einstein Analytics, API Integrations
- Very good understanding of design and coding patterns
- Experience in Service Voice implementation
- Experience in Einstein Bots
- UML, BPML
