Salesforce Systems Administrator

As a member of the Business Systems team, you will be responsible for supporting all departments that utilize Salesforce as well as implementations and configurations. In this role you will report to our Business Systems Manager.

This role is full time in our office in Santiago, Dominican Republic.

You Will

• Assist with the maintenance and configuration of our instance of Salesforce (Corporate Org) including creating custom objects, fields, form layouts, workflows, and validation rules 
• Handle system configurations and problem solving through hands-on experience 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation 
• Help improve/streamline processes with guidance from Sales Operations 
• Assist to develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce 
• Help to maintain the integrity and accuracy of data with Salesforce 
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues 
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation and training materials 
• Participate in meetings and workshops with business users and third parties 
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up to date on the latest features and functionality 
• Assist with testing and deployment of new Salesforce features & functionality 
• Assist withdata management. manage data quality, imports, exports, and data cleansing activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce platform. 

You Have

• The ability to communicate effectively via writing, reading, and speaking in English 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 
• Salesforce Admin Certification or willingness to attain certification within first 90 days 
• Over 2 years working in Data Analytics roles
• Experience working with database system (SQL, POWER BI).
• Strong desire to learn and implement Salesforce best practices 
• Excellent organizational skills, time, and project management skill 
• Ability to Travel for training and corporate events 
• Natural curiosity about technology
