We are seeking an experienced Salesforce SPIFF Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and expertise in implementing SPIFF (Sales Performance Incentive Funding Formula) programs within Salesforce. This role requires a deep understanding of sales compensation strategies, Salesforce platform capabilities, and the ability to design and implement complex incentive structures.
What You'll Do:
- Design, configure, and implement SPIFF programs within Salesforce.
- Understand the requirements and translate them into effective incentive plans.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SPIFF processes and configurations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SPIFF functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SPIFF calculations and payouts.
- Stay updated on Salesforce updates and new features related to incentive compensation.
- Optimize existing SPIFF programs for improved performance and accuracy.
- Architect data migration and integration with other systems as needed 9. Participate in testing and reconciliation processes.
- Actively participate in pre-sales cycles to run/customize PoCs.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and best practice
Qualifications We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Incentive Compensation Management
- Strong expertise in Salesforce SPIFF implementation and configuration
- Hands on experience with Xactly, Varicent, Calidus, Pigment, Anaplan for ICM
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform Developer
- Experience with other ICM tools and platforms
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of sales performance management best practices
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
