Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools across all departments and functional areas to deliver detailed reporting and in‑depth analysis.
- Support cross‑functional teams by performing data analysis to uncover insights that contribute to more profitable business decisions.
- Serve as a key resource for interpreting data and information; communicate insights to various functions and/or clients and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies that translate business requirements into effective data visualization dashboards to meet organizational needs.
- Conceptualize, design, and develop data visualization solutions that translate complex data concepts into clear, insightful communications for key business stakeholders.
- Provide data support for all relevant market segments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of required analytics.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of reporting solutions using both business understanding and technical expertise.
- Assist in coaching and training users on BI tools to enhance their data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
- Support the implementation of data standards and ensure adherence to established data governance practices.
- Develop standardized and sustainable methods for trending data to enhance customer experience, operational performance, and organizational compliance.
- Periodically review BI tool documentation and self‑service guides to ensure accuracy, relevance, and updates as needed.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with various departments to assess requirements and define/report deliverables.
- Analyze data for accuracy, audit reports, identify deficiencies, propose corrective actions, and validate final results.
Work Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics and data visualization.
- Lead the design, development, and support of complex analytics and visualization solutions.
- Build web-based dashboards to support business insights and decision-making.
- Ensure consistent reporting, metrics, and data standards across teams.
- Work with SAP BW/HANA, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, Power BI, and Alteryx.
- Develop strong data pipelines integrated with PaPM, Vendavo, and Hyperion EPM.
- Skilled in SQL and handling large datasets.
- Knowledgeable in Finance, Distribution, and Master Data Management domains.
- Strong expertise in Financial Reporting, Profitability Analysis, and SAP FICO (especially COPA).
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent relevant experience).
Preferred Certifications:
- Power BI Data Analyst Associate Certification
