We're looking for a skilled Salesforce Solutions Developer to join our internal projects team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Salesforce solutions that drive our business forward. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translating them into robust and efficient technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components (Aura and Web Components), and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, transforming them into clear technical specifications.
- Perform Salesforce administration tasks, such as user and security management, data handling, and configuration, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues, maintaining system stability and data integrity.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all Salesforce configurations, custom developments, and processes.
- Stay current with new Salesforce features and best practices, continuously enhancing our platform's capabilities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Salesforce Developer certification(s) (e.g., Platform Developer I).
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce integrations with external systems and applications.
- Proven experience with Salesforce administration, including configuration, user management, and data handling.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform's capabilities and limitations.
- A solid grasp of clean code principles and software architecture best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
A+ if you meet these requirements
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience with web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).
- Familiarity with programming languages like Java or Python.
