We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our Salesforce Delivery team in India. This is an exciting position where you’ll be driving customer engagements by determining process gaps and pain points, then rapidly designing and implementing best-in-class solutions across multiple industry verticals with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Ultimately, as an Architect you will serve as the primary design owner and trusted SME for all related deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as a subject matter expert on project technology architecture, as well as integration and data migration strategies.
- Works as a liaison across NA/EMEA regions from APAC.
- Ensure that the technical solution aligns with project goals, objectives, and scope, keeping the best practices in mind.
- Responsible for staying up to date on technology best practices and product updates/releases.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the project team in APAC including providing context for client use cases, assisting with technical blockers, assigning out tasks, and providing guidance for allocation questions and concerns.
- Supports creation and management of build plans based on solution complexity, balancing the technical team’s resource allocation, skills, capacity.
- Responsible for effective communication with internal Project Leadership, technical resources, and other workstreams’ Solution Architects/Technical Leads, including providing regular updates on technical progress.
- Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the project QA plan across environments.
- Responsible for overseeing release plan and environment migrations for all APAC led activities.
- Responsible for creation and maintenance of technical and functional project documentation, providing guidance to supporting resources.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in enterprise Salesforce delivery and solution architecture
- Hands-on configuration and development skills on the Salesforce platform
- Extensive experience with solutioning and implementing Service Cloud engagements
- Possess a current Salesforce certification in one of the core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or Experience Cloud)
- Experience in Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud is a plus
- Ability to lead large, global delivery teams in an Agile environment
- Outstanding relationship management and strategic planning ability
- Strong functional/technical background in cloud platforms (Salesforce, managed services, digital transformation)
- Experienced in using and overseeing CI/CD tools such as Flosum, GearSet, and GitHub
- Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities
