The Role
As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and drive organizational success. You will act as a trusted advisor to our team and clients, ensuring the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended.
What You Will Do
- Conduct research into clients’ use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that are scalable and efficient.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and document project scope.
- Oversee the development and testing process to ensure the Salesforce solution works as expected.
- Ensure data integrity and maintain system security.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionalities.
- Document system configurations, design, and technical specifications.
- Resolve complex issues related to Salesforce implementation and usage.
What You Need to Succeed
- Active Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Sales Cloud and Service Cloud support

Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $109,500 - $164,500. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
