The Team – Enterprise & Cloud Applications

Our Enterprise & Cloud Applications team is comprised of functional and technical experts in the areas of NetSuite, Oracle Cloud (ERP and EPM), OneStream, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce. The Team tackles the challenges that come with implementing, optimizing, and maintaining cloud investments. Whether implementing a cloud solution or enhancing and extending an existing cloud environment, we help organizations get the most out of technology investments, including New System and Module Implementations, System Integrations, Upgrade Assessments, Application Upgrades, and Business Process Optimization.

Your Impact

  • Leading and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce.com and other CRM implementation engagements, including:
    • Gathering key business and technical requirements
    • Developing Salesforce implementation roadmap for clients
    • Executing and managing the delivery of end-to-end solutions, optimizing Salesforce functionality for clients
  • Leading current state Salesforce and lead-to-cash assessments and optimizations, including:
    • Gathering key business and technical requirements through hosting interview workshops across the various process areas, reviewing the Salesforce instance and documentation provided by client
    • Gathering pain points and future state requirements
    • Developing lead-to-cash and Salesforce specific recommendations
    • Developing a roadmap to execute said recommendations
    • Executing and managing the delivery of end-to-end solutions, optimizing Salesforce functionality for clients
  • Mapping functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality
  • Clearly communicating solution decisions internally and with the customer throughout each project
  • Disseminating best practices on solution positioning and delivery
  • Identifying risks that threaten project success and recommending workarounds
  • Ensuring Salesforce solutions run smoothly by testing then documenting fixes
  • Supporting pre-sales activities inclusive of participating in sales calls and proposal development
  • Helping to shape the direction of a growing Salesforce practice
  • Educate internal and external audiences on Salesforce best practices
  • Actively participate in career development activities and technical training of staff

At a minimum, you will have: 

  • 5+ years of direct full life cycle Salesforce implementation, upgrade, and support experience
  • Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting / professional services experience
  • Experience facilitating design and configuration of Salesforce
  • Experience with the following Salesforce cloud applications: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (i.e., Salesforce CPQ)
  • Certifications in Salesforce.com and other cloud platforms
  • Great work ethic with a customer service focus (high intensity)
  • At least 4 years of experience leading solution architecture design (business architecture, process architecture, integration architecture, user experience, process improvement)
  • Ability to lead workshops, including the gathering/documenting of requirements and use-cases and recommendation of envisioned processes
  • Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs
  • Customer oriented and great at building client relationships
  • Flexibility to accommodate travel up to 25%.

Preferably, you will have: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
  • Experience managing technical development by acting as a liaison between the technical team and the user community is strongly preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems outside of Salesforce
  • Accounting, finance or operations experience
  • Experience with Data Migration
