Salesforce Senior Consultant (Sales Cloud/ Agentforce/ Data Cloud) – Malaysia based

Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, develop, and test Salesforce Sales Cloud features for an insurance client.
- Design, configure, develop, and test Agentforce functionalities running on Sales Cloud, including workflows, agent onboarding automation, dashboards, and role‑based access controls.
- Design, configure, develop, and test Salesforce Data Cloud features, including integrations with other Salesforce modules and Prudential’s internal platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Min. 3 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience in designing, configuring, developing and testing Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions in enterprise environments.
- Proficient in Apex (triggers, classes, batch, queueable), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and security setups: profiles, permission sets, sharing rules.
- Capability to design and develop Agentforce features on Sales Cloud, including workflows, agent onboarding automation, role-based access control and performance dashboards.
- Capability to implement Salesforce Data Cloud, including data model design, data streams, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation and activation.
- Solid SDLC discipline including, technical design documentation, unit testing, integration testing, SIT/UAT support and performance optimization.
- Solid Stakeholder management skills.
- Prior insurance or manufacturing domain experience are preferred.
- Experience working in a consulting firm and having team management skills are preferred.
