A Brief Overview
The Salesforce Sr. Business Analyst/Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the organization. This role involves understanding business requirements, translating them into Salesforce solutions, and maintaining the system for optimal performance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities, excellent analytical skills, and experience in administration and configuration.
What You Will Do
- Business Analysis
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop and document functional specifications and user stories.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify system improvements
- Salesforce Administration
- Perform system configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce instances.
- Manage Salesforce security, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets.
- Oversee data management tasks, including data imports, data cleansing, and data validation.
- Monitor system performance and user activity.
- Must have extensive Salesforce Cloud knowledge, including but not limited to, Experience, Service, Commerce, Loyalty Management and CRMA.
- User Support and Training
- Provide end-user support and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and the attached solutions.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for new and existing users.
- Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials for users.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party applications and tools to enhance Salesforce functionalities.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree BA in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and business analysis.
- Experience in leading Salesforce projects from conception to completion.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications in any of the following areas of Salesforce, Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, and Salesforce App Builder are highly
Technical & Functional Skills
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, custom objects, and fields.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data management, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development (APEX, Visualforce) and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft) is a plus.
- Software Development Life Cycle knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
