The Opportunity: 

When a user tries a new system, they expect it to be intuitive and run smoothly. Functionality, reliability, and user experience are key to successful information systems and that means rigorous testing. That’s why we need you, an experienced quality assurance analyst who knows how to thoroughly test software and ensure that our team releases the best system possible.   

As a quality assurance expert, you’ll work with a varied team that evaluates developed systems for national defense. You’ll develop and implement a test plan based on functional specifications.

Using requirements analysis, you’ll generate problem resolutions and track quality assurance standards to observe how the system performs, then document the results and communicate defects to the development team so they can start improving the tool. You’ll expand upon your experience in various types of testing, including performance, accessibility, usability, user acceptance testing, testing process improvement. This is an opportunity to broaden your skills in documenting and solving system deficiencies as well as make a difference for our customers.

You Have:

• Experience testing Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom configurations
• Experience documenting defects, tracking resolution, and validating fixes with developers and business stakeholders
• Experience with Agile delivery and QA tools such as Jira, Salesforce testing tools, or automated test platforms
• Ability to develop and execute test plans, test cases, and regression testing for releases and enhancements
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Copado
• Experience with API and integration testing using tools such as Postman
• Experience supporting Salesforce implementations for federal or other regulated customers
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
