Salesforce QA test lead with 5+ years of relevant experience on manual testing. Hands on with testing, test designing and accountable for the QA delivery with high quality!

Must Have:

  • Experience working with Salesforce Technology.
  • Experience leading the QA team
  • Analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases for a given project.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for QA tasks.
  • Maintaining cordial relationships between cross functional teams like development, configuration management, program management, product managers etc.
  • Sending crisp and clear status to the higher management.
  • Creating and defining risks contingencies and plans.
  • Experience with Agile Development processes, and methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of Azure Devops/ Jira or similar project management/issue tracking tools.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

Certification:

  • Salesforce Admin certification

Good to Have:

  • Salesforce sales cloud consultant certification
  • Exposure to Salesforce business analyst
  • Experience with Salesforce automation testing
