Job Description- Lead Salesforce Core Cloud projects and ensure high‑quality delivery.
- Manage agile teams across all project phases.
- Drive resolution of complex issues and coordinate stakeholders up to C‑level.
- Proactively manage project risks, issues, timelines, and budgets.
- Guide internal and external teams to successful delivery.
- Build long‑term, trusted client relationships.
- Support internal initiatives (mentoring, recruiting, pre‑sales, etc.).
- Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital transformation projects, with strong technical affinity and enthusiasm for innovation.
- Strong interest and experience in project management, delivery, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in business German and English, with strong communication abilities.
