Job Description:
Our Salesforce Product Management team is seeking a collaborative, driven, and strategic Salesforce Product Manager to join the Business Systems Department. In this role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end product life, create product roadmaps, manage scope of work, and shaping of designs.
As a Salesforce Product Manager, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, which include other product managers on the team, internal business leaders, and the technical Salesforce team.

What You’ll Do

Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle of dynamic Salesforce initiatives, from the initial spark of an idea to the strategic planning, meticulous testing and successful deployment.

Develop and maintain a product roadmap in collaboration with our key internal leaders, to define and drive the vision and value for each teams’ respective needs within the platform.

Manage scope and shape of innovative designs, leveraging your extensive expertise in Salesforce functionality. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify user pain points, trends, and opportunities for product enhancement.

Collaborate with internal departments to understand business needs at a detailed level, make recommendations based on knowledge and expertise, and prioritize accordingly to keep Salesforce in line with business objectives, continually showing value over time.

Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the Salesforce platform, understanding its capabilities, features, and integrations.

Problem-solve creatively and work to deliver overall solutions using agile practices, allowing for flexibility and continual improvements over time.

Act as a liaison between stakeholders and our technical team, communicating effectively and driving progress while reducing risk throughout all phases of the development life cycle.
What You’ll Bring

Bachelor's Degree required.

3-5 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform focused on process design, implementation, and creative problem solving.

Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required; additional Salesforce certifications preferred.

Experience with Agile Development Methodologies is required. Preferred experience in the following functional areas of Salesforce: Sales Cloud & CPQ to support sales operations and processes, Service Cloud to drive and manage client-facing support team processes, Experience/Community Cloud to support client-facing user experience and design.

Preferred experience in a healthcare SaaS organization.
Base pay for US is $95,000 - $110,000, depending on qualifications. In addition, Phreesia also offers an attractive & comprehensive Total Rewards package. Phreesia is a fully remote company however, candidates located in ET and CT regions are given priority in the hiring process
