The Salesforce Platform Manager will provide management and oversight of the support and platform processes for Salesforce and related. Act as a front line manager for team in Costa Rica. Lead Support coordination, help plan tasks, and provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce platform.
What you will do

- Oversee tasks and work assignments
What experience you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- 5-7 years of Salesforce experience
- 3+ years managing teammates
- Experience working with internal customers and stakeholders
- English B2 minimum
What could set you apart
- MuleSoft experience
- Oracle CPQ experience
- Strong analytics background
- Salesforce Administrator certification required, additional certifications desired
