We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Optimization Specialist to join our team. This individual will focus on reviewing and optimizing our Salesforce deployment, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring data integrity. The role involves both strategic analysis and hands-on data management.

Key Responsibilities
- Review Salesforce deployment for configuration inconsistencies.
- Perform manual updates to Salesforce records, ensuring data accuracy across various fields.
- Optimize Salesforce setup for improved usability aligned with business goals.
- Document system processes and create training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce configurations with business processes.
- Identify and recommend areas for user training to improve system adoption.
- Document best practices and create clear user guides.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Salesforce configuration and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail in manual data entry and data cleanup.
- Excellent documentation skills, including creating step-by-step guides with screenshots.
- Ability to identify system issues and recommend improvements.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with teams.
- Prior experience in Salesforce optimization is preferred.
Details:
- Hourly Rate: up to $50/hr. commensurate with experience
- Duration: 3 to 6 months with potential for extension
- Location: Remote (Must be based in United States of America)
- Schedule: 40 hours a week or 20 hours a week. (Based on candidates’ availability)
- Start Date: Immediate
- Onboarding: Contractors will be required to complete a background check and provide their own technology
- Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and quality standards.
- Follow Myriad360’s program and project management processes and methodologies to deliver successful client-focused outcomes.
- Other duties as assigned.
