Our Sales team in Atlanta is growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead a team of Mid-Market Account Executives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in scaling teams, driving impact, and inspiring sellers to do the best work of their careers.


About The Role
  • Lead and grow a team of high-performing Mid-Market AEs, providing coaching, mentorship, and career development.
  • Drive day-to-day execution to exceed business performance targets.
  • Instill monday.com’s sales methodology (Command of the Message / MEDDPIC), bringing structure, rigor, and creativity to the sales process.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders (Marketing, CS, Partnerships, Product) to accelerate customer growth and expansion.
  • Champion monday.com’s culture: positive, collaborative, and built on curiosity and ownership.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience and 3+ years in SaaS sales leadership.
  • Proven ability (with examples) to inspire, coach, and grow a sales team.
  • Track record of exceeding quota and leading teams to success in fast-growth environments.
  • Experience with navigating complex legal and security procurement processes.
  • Strong communicator who builds trust quickly, both with customers and internally.
  • Self-starter who wants to solve challenges, not just manage a team.
  • Multi-product experience preferred.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $165,000-$210,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office
