Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration solutions using MuleSoft to connect Salesforce with other enterprise applications such as ERP (Oracle Fusion, SAP), CRM, and third-party APIs.
• Build API-led connectivity architectures, focusing on scalable, reusable, and well- documented integrations.
• Configure, customize, and implement MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for API management, integrations, and data transformation.
• Manage real-time and batch integration processes between Salesforce and external systems.
• Ensure Salesforce integrations follow best practices, including security, data integrity, and performance.
• Design data flow and transformation processes to ensure accurate and efficient data exchange.

• Map data between Salesforce objects (Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts, etc.) and other enterprise systems.
• Handle complex data integration scenarios, including REST/SOAP API integrations, bulk processing, and error handling.
• Collaborate with solution architects, technical leads, and business teams to design integration architecture that aligns with business goals.
• Lead technical workshops and review sessions to ensure integration designs meet functional and technical requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
• Use MuleSoft tools like Anypoint Studio, API Designer, and API Manager to deploy and monitor integrations.
• Ensure continuous delivery and integration of changes to live environments using CI/CD pipelines.
• Document integration designs, data mappings, and any custom development performed.
• Provide ongoing support for deployed MuleSoft integration solutions, including troubleshooting and optimization.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and any issues.

• At least 5 years of experience in developing APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Expertise in building MuleSoft flows, DataWeave, connectors, and components.
• Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and RAML/OpenAPI specifications.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft API Manager, Runtime Manager, and other components of the Anypoint Platform.
• 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data models and APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Experience with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Strong experience in integrating with third-party applications, ERP systems, databases, and other CRMs.
• Proficiency with protocols like HTTP, HTTPS, JMS, FTP, and database connectivity.
• Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, including design and consumption.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle), and data transformation techniques.
• Experience with message queuing systems (JMS, RabbitMQ, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficient in using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio for integration development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, or similar.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and cloud-based integration is a plus.
• Proficient in using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio for integration development.
