Key Responsibilities
- Platform Strategy & Governance: Own the SFMC roadmap, set architectural standards, and ensure scalable multi-channel campaign execution.
- Journey & Automation Design: Build and monitor complex workflows using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
- Data & Integration Management: Connect SFMC with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud/CDP, and third-party APIs using SQL, SSJS, and AMPscript.
- Team Leadership: Mentor developers, run requirement-gathering workshops, and align technical solutions with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 7 to 10+ years in CRM or marketing automation, with at least 4-5 years of specialized, hands-on SFMC experience.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, HTML/CSS, REST/SOAP APIs, and Marketing Cloud Connect.
- Studio Expertise: Mastery of Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
- Certifications: Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or Developer preferred

- 7 to 10+ years in CRM or marketing automation
- 4-5 years specialized, hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience
- Proficiency in SQL
