Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Manager who balances high-level business strategy with technical execution. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key stakeholders, deeply understanding the business operations, and leading a dedicated development team to deliver high-quality solutions. This is a hands-on management role; you must be comfortable transitioning from architectural discussions with executives to building Proof of Concepts (POCs) and guiding developers through complex code deployments.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
  • Language: Fluency in English is required
  • Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem with a proven track record in management or lead capacity.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications and vice versa.
  • Technical Depth: Extensive hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and complex integrations.
  • Certifications: Must hold multiple active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, and/or Architect track certifications).
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing direct reports and leading technical teams in an Agile environment.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Salesforce Platforms: Sales, Service, Marketing and Pardot

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder & Business Management

  • Liaise with Business Units: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scopes.
  • Strategic Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of internal businesses to ensure Salesforce solutions are driving tangible value.
  • Expectation Management: Balance competing priorities and managing the project roadmap, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress and potential blockers.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead Development Workflows: Manage a team of developers and admins, overseeing the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and foster professional growth within the team.
  • Resource Allocation: Assign tasks based on team capacity and technical expertise to ensure timely delivery of sprints.

Technical Execution & POCs

  • Hands-on Prototyping: Directly build Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate technical feasibility before full-scale development begins.
  • Solution Architecture: Ensure the platform remains scalable and maintainable by adhering to Salesforce best practices.
  • Quality Assurance: Stay involved in the technical "weeds" to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure high-standard releases.
