What we are looking for
- This is a short-term contract position (approximately 3 months) with the potential for extension.
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development, specifically in Salesforce Lightning.
- Proven experience building and certifying apps for the Salesforce AppExchange (security review process).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM data modeling — activities, tasks, and opportunity management.
- Experience building Click-to-Call or CTI integrations using the Salesforce Open CTI framework.
- Ability to design and build REST API integrations between third-party platforms and Salesforce.
- Comfortable working through ambiguous requirements and adapting solutions for custom or modified Salesforce environments.
- Experience with AI-generated data ingestion or call recap data is a plus.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals including testable, well-documented code.
