- We are seeking a Salesforce Implementation Lead to oversee the design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of our Salesforce platform. This role will lead implementations that enhance business processes, drive user adoption, and ensure Salesforce is aligned with organizational needs. A key responsibility will be applying best practices for AI Agent implementation, ensuring our platform supports both current operations and future innovation.
What You'll Be Doing:
- As the Salesforce Implementation Lead, you will guide our organization through the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects. Your work will begin with conversations across departments, where you’ll learn how teams operate and uncover where processes can be improved. From there, you’ll design and configure solutions within Salesforce, using its declarative tools to create workflows that streamline sales, service, and operational activities.
- You’ll bring together business needs and technical possibilities, ensuring that every solution is both practical and scalable. A key part of your role will be to introduce best practices for AI Agent–driven automation, helping the platform evolve from simply recording data to actively supporting decision-making and efficiency.
- Along the way, you’ll manage the quality and security of our data, coordinate integrations with other systems, and keep an eye on new Salesforce releases that could benefit the business. You’ll also play a hands-on role in training colleagues, making sure they not only understand how to use the system but also how to get the most value out of it.
Qualifications You Bring:
- Must-Have:
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce best practices, especially in security, declarative automation, and data management.
- Extensive, hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including a mastery of lead and opportunity management.
- Proven ability to build complex solutions using the Salesforce Lightning Experience and its declarative customization capabilities.Strong proficiency with SOQL for advanced data retrieval and manipulation.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for interpreting complex data and providing actionable recommendations.
- The ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, gathering intricate requirements and clearly communicating technical information.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Nice-to-Have:
- Experience AI-powered features.
- A foundational understanding of the APEX programming language, particularly for understanding custom development and integrations.
- Experience in documenting complex Salesforce processes and configurations.
- A proven track record of managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
