Job Description

Wise Business has historically grown through self-serve and product-led channels. We’re now building a dedicated velocity sales team to help larger businesses discover, adopt, and fully activate on Wise for their international payment and banking needs. We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce & GTM Systems Specialist, who is passionate about the Wise mission – money without borders – to join our GTM Systems team. This is a key role in driving performance by collaborating with commercial leadership, revenue operations, analytics, marketing and other cross-function teams to ensure the execution of our Go-To-Market strategies. This will be a high impact and visibility role. The role is based in our London office, but you will also work closely with the global Wise Business Sales teams.

Since 2011, we’ve had a clear mission: money without borders. Built by and for people who live global lives, we’re the fairest, easiest way to manage your money across borders.

Over 10 million active personal and 700,000 business customers now use Wise to move more than £25 billion across borders each quarter, and saved £1.5 billion compared to banks over the past year.

A bit about the role:

In this role you will be responsible for designing and building the systems that power the Wise Business go-to-market engine. You will utilise your Salesforce expertise alongside other key tools across marketing, enrichment and engagement to build and optimize processes for our commercial teams for this high velocity business. You will work cross functionally to partner with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement & Marketing to translate their needs into scalable systems and workflows that accelerate and streamline a fast growing area of the business. You will lead tooling for the newly setup Wise Business Sales teams and should be excited about the 0-1 build phase. You must be self-driven, motivated and comfortable with ambiguity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce and systems that goes beyond administration within a high growth environment, preferably in the fintech space.

Your mission:

  • Own the Wise Business area within the GTM Systems team - Contribute to scaling, supporting growth and driving success of the function through enablement of tooling and processes that you will build.

  • Design, build and maintain Salesforce solutions, from complex flows to custom objects and third-party integrations.

  • Design, build and iterate from the ground up towards a world class sales process - that streamlines Lead Intake, Scoring, Routing and Qualification utilising Salesforce and GTM Systems.

  • Work cross functionally with key stakeholders across Sales, RevOps, Sales Enablement, Marketing and Analytics to identify key pain points and initiatives. Refining these into a prioritisation to focus on delivering what will bring the most impact.

  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives end to end, from technical scoping through build, deployment and rollout.

  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity to improve our processes, whether using Salesforce solutions and features, leveraging our existing GTM Systems or looking for new vendors we should partner with.

  • Contribute internally to team planning, strategy and team processes to accelerate our own capabilities.

Qualifications

A bit about you:

  • You have strong experience with GTM Systems: 5+ years working across GTM Systems in a high growth and high velocity deal environment.

  • You have a lot of hands-on Salesforce experience:

    • 8+ years of Salesforce experience - Expertise beyond administration.

    • You've led complex cross-functional builds end to end, from scoping through build.

    • You have demonstrable experience in data modelling, building complex flows in flow builder, Salesforce integration with internal/third party systems.

    • Certifications are preferable, but we’re looking for hands-on experience within a business.

  • You enjoy problem solving - By nature you are a problem solver - you don’t need to know the answer to every question, but can be presented with a business issue and take this away to formulate a scalable solutions to solve it.

  • You are technically minded - Working with technology, systems, tools is something that gives you energy. You stay up to date naturally on latest developments in tech across Salesforce, AI and related technologies.

  • You are a strong communicator - You have strong communication skills, stakeholder management and enjoy working with non technical stakeholders to translate their needs into solutions.

  • High Growth environment - You have previously worked in a high growth environment (startup and/or scaleup) in a build phase and are comfortable with ambiguity.
