Job Title: Oracle CPQ Technical/Functional Lead

Atlanta, GA

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Oracle CPQ Technical/Functional Lead to guide our organization through the strategic implementation and optimization of Oracle CPQ.  This role requires a comprehensive understanding of Oracle CPQ and related Oracle Cloud SaaS Solutions (ERP, Subscription Management, Product, Customer, etc.) as both a system and a technology, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our organization. The successful candidate will lead the implementation process, facilitate knowledge transfer, and continually assess and refine our use of Oracle CPQ to maximize its value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and deployment of Oracle CPQ solutions tailored to meet organizational goals and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Oracle CPQ solutions.
• Design and configure Oracle CPQ features, such as configuration models, rules, mappings, templates, workflows, dashboards, and custom applications, to improve business processes.
• Design and implement the integration of Oracle CPQ with other Oracle Cloud applications including customer and product data, subscription management, order management, billing solutions, as well as other non-Oracle enterprise solutions.
• Support and ensure successful end-to-end solution integration testing and user acceptance testing of the Oracle CPQ solution.
• Partner with IT Solution Managers, Solution Owners, Business Analysts, and Architects to document system, data, and business processes, user stories, testing scenarios, and related documentation for the Oracle CPQ solution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Oracle CPQ-related inquiries and technical support, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting.
• Develop and deliver training programs and documentation to empower end-users with Oracle CPQ knowledge and best practices.
• Monitor Oracle CPQ performance and usage, identifying opportunities for enhancements and process improvements.
• Stay current with Oracle CPQ updates, new features, and best practices to recommend and implement relevant improvements.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the Oracle CPQ platform, implementing policies and procedures as needed.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Oracle CPQ cloud implementation, customization, and administration
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
